Bottle courtesy of Melissa and friends, thank you all! Slightly hazy yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of malty straw, subtle white pepper. Taste is plain straw, slight bitterness at the finish. Inoffensive.

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden colour with a small, short lived off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt and straw. Flavour is sweet with malt and grassy notes leading to a dry bitter finish. Light body, watery texture and soft carbonation. Not good, but this is about your only choice in Belize.

Bottle @ B.R.A.D. Fest courtesy of Lucy. Muchas gracias! Pours a brown appearance with a light brown head. Fairly toasty malty, cocoa, a bit milky, caramel aroma. Somewhat thin, malted milk, milk chocolate, vanilla, s’more flavor. Not bad.

Bottle from Shell One Stop, Orange Walk Town. It pours dark brown, with a thin light brown head. The nose is caramel, roasted malt, coffee and some alcohol. The taste is roasted malt, bitter coffee, burnt rubber, ash, underlying caramel, metal and a touch of alcohol warmth, with a decent bitter-dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Not bad, much better than the other Belizean pale lagers anyway!

Loose bottle at Binny’s, silkscreened label, dated "22AUG10" Uh-oh. Well, those are the breaks when you want to tick off another 0.4% from the list of contries, or 3 pixels from the map if it returns. At least I bought this along with a 11.11.11 Vertical Epic. So. DMS smell when poured in my glass. Slightly hazy beer, at least the color is a slightly substantial yellow. Just a little residue in the bottom of the bottle. Taste has corn sweetness, and may be just a bit "hot." There is an underlying tone of bitterness that you sometimes don’t get with a cheap lager, so it’s noted here. A little bit estery, maybe due to age or however it’s fermented. I’d drink this if I was in Belize. I also note that the bottle I have more resembles the Belkin Premium bottle in the web site now, but the neck has the word "Beer" instead of "Premium" or "Supreme."

Deep blond color, flat. Breadish aroma. Oxidised flavor, corny, mellow, without bitterness. Real crap.
But thanks Henrik and Saxo for bringing this to København Ølfestival 2010.

I searched all over when I was in Belize for this brew and could not find it. My wife however surprised me with a six pack of this upon my arrival on board the Carnival Valor. Pours a dark brown with the faintest of garnet highlights when held to light. A stingy almost tan head recedes entirely to quickly. I get very little out of the nose. Corn masa is very prominent with hints of dark fruit if I stare at the glass and imagine a bit. Taste hits me with toffee and caramel up front then leads into hints of dark fruit and maybe some chocolate if I close my eyes and think of willy wonka a bit. Slightly bitter aftertaste. This is a really light "stout" maybe it’s appropriate for the scorching heat they normally see in Belize. I found it rather pedestrian while sampling from NH in the 65 degree heat. Medium body and carbonation level, thin watery mouthfeel. I hate to hate on this, but as a stout this is not all that great. Compared to the light lagers available in Belize I would naturally chose this one as I am a stout head I love the dark malts. Compared to other stouts this one would rank pretty low in my book.
