Im Herzen der Altstadt Ambergs gelegen, ist es ein Kleinod heimischer Lebenskultur.
Im Schloderer wird seit 1998 das einzigartige Bier traditionell gebraut. Wenn die Würze mit der Hefe versetzt in den Keller kommt, beginnt die Gärung. Der Alkohol entsteht - wobei unser Braumeister besonders auf die Reinheit des Alkohols achtet. Anschließend findet die Reifung in unseren Lagertanks statt, wo das edle Getränk bei kalten Temperaturen verfeinert wird. Das typische Schloderer Aroma entsteht.
Bei all dem sind Sie als Gast unseres Hauses live dabei, wobei unser Brauer gerne Ihre Fragen beantwortet. Sie sitzen direkt im 10hl Sudhaus zwischen den imposanten Kupferkesseln und genießen unser Bier sowie Schmankerln von der Karte.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Train bottle swig. Light haze on this deep amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is softish and semi dry. Light malt with mild caramel - toffee. Light lactose. Very mellow smoke. Light dry finish.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Brewpub draft. Hazy deep amber - brown - red beer. Good pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Superfine carbonation. Smooth malt. Whisper of dried fruits. Slight tang and a little smoke. Finishes dry. Okay.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Brewpub draft outside the shut pub. Hazy gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and crispy. Minerals. Clean pale malt, whisper of sulphur, barely there. Very light hop bitterness. Crisp finish. Nice palate.

Day 1 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly tap at Schloderer, Amberg 24/01/14. Hazed golden yellow with a good sized white head that dissipates then retains. Nose is light piss, citrus, earthy, damp straw, cereals, pale malts, hint of bread dough. Taste comprises straw, pale malts, cereals, light lemon notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp clean closure. Solid Helles.

Day 1 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly tap at Schloderer, Amberg 24/01/14. Lightly hazed orange golden with a good sized white head. Nose is light citrics, yeast, floral notes, clove, banana, faint caramel. Taste comprises banoffee pie, yeast notes, spice, vanilla, banana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp finale. Ok weiss but not top draw.

Schlodi bottle. Herbal and tropical aroma, light mineral. Cloudy yellow, offwhite big creamy head. Fruity start - a bit of banana and pineapple there. Mellow creamy mouthfeel, ok chewyness. Dry fruity finish - in a blindtasting I would have guessed this is a Weizen.
