It's a shame Schrödinger's cat was never given a proper name!!! His bear beer name could easily be called hoppy and fruity in both aroma and taste, with a balance between the two, with a crisp texture too. Hazy blonde appearance.

Draught keg at Tønne,.light to middle gold, heaY with a tiny ring of white head. Good lacing. Light aroma of peach, some coconut, a little pineapple and passionfruit. Sweet taste, melon and more peach here, getting less of the passinfruit. Turns a bit biter in the finish. There's a vegetal note I'm not mad about but otherwise nice. Full body for the ABV, carbonation on the heavy side. A good beer, bouyed up even more by the decent 5.7% ABV.

Clear amber gold with a creamy / frothy white head and a faint aroma of fruit malt. Fresh and a little bit fruity, some chewy malt with a click of floral bitterness and a dry finish.
