Sample at the brewpub. Ruby-brown color with a thin light beige head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and fruit. Medium body with flavors of earthy malt, caramel and ripe fruit. The finish is sweet with a grain and fruit aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear brown color with a medium tan head that recedes steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of roasted malt and mild hops. Light body with flavors of toasted malt, grain and touches of hops. The finish is roasty with a malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber, mid sized head. Distinct sweaty grapefruit aroma. Light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Some fruit malt, but salted grapefruit dominates. Long bitter finish.

Draught at Cobblestone, Dublin. Hazy deep golden, small head. Fruity banana aroma. Mid dry with mediu mbody and rounded mouthfeel. Citric banana flavour. Quite refreshing.

Pint at Messrs Maguire, Dublin. Clear golden with a fluffy, lasting white head. Hoppy aroma with tropical fruits (peach?) and malt. Clean and crisp with medium carbonation. Light to medium body. Hoppy and bitter finish. Quite tasty and refreshing. Nice summer beer, drank it outside on a sunny day in Dublin. (2012-06-11)

Cask at GBBF. Clear dark brown beer. Palate is a little soft. Very appley but in semi sweet way, not tart. Just a bit too appley, suspect this is not right and too young.
