Bottle thanks to Dan. It pours clear deep golden-amber. The nose is sweet, oily, sticky, honeyed fruits, tart tatin, apple pie and vanilla. The taste is smooth, rich, oily, honeyed action, apple pie, warming alcohol and a touch of spice. Medium+ body and oily carbonation. Not bad at all.

small bottle. Will rate this this weekend and am looking forward. Right now I want to see if a mead count towards country rates. Back soon. :-). It does. Still-yellow/gold. A-honey, herbal. T-sweet honey, herbal, some hay.

Bottle, 18cl. Shared by clubgonzo. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and without head or carbonation. Honey, flowers, alcohol and a touch of dried fruits in the aroma. It’s sweet on the palate, full-bodied and lightly warming. Some spiced, woody hints in the flavor, with honey, flowers and a faint touch of dried fruits. Lasting finish. 18cl bottle shared by Cunningham - thanks a lot! Clear golden without much head. Aroma of honey with wooden and floral notes. Sweet and surprisingly flavourful and feels kind of balanced. Tasty stuff!

Clear golden color with no head. Honey, some spices (cinnamon) and fruity aroma. Full body. Oily and a mellow nice sweetness. Honey, fruity, nutty and pleasant spiced (cinnamon etc) in the flavor. Warming alcohol. Lovely tasty stuff. Recommendable.

Clear deep nutty color with absolutely no head at all. Fruity, nutty and honey in the aroma. Not as thick body as expected. Quite oily stuff. Fruity, plums, honey, nutty and some spices in the flavor. No sticky alcohol coming up. Nice mead.

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. Pours golden while leaving some subtle legs on the glass. Smell is sweet with honey, vanilla, bubblegum, hay, alcohol and hints lemon peal. Taste is sweet and tiny herbal with honey, caramel, hay, minerals, alcohol, vanilla, mint, lemon balm and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is round, tiny sticky sweet, boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet with honey, caramel, vanilla, mint, alcohol and lemon peal. Bottle from meadery. Golden color. Aroma of honey, vanilla, spices, vinous notes. Taste, honey, vanilla, spices, notes of chocolate, refreshing vinous notes. Very nice.
