Shared with Caesar and ShivanDragon @ Mancave Bunnik. Pretty dark red color, no head. Aroma is sweet, sugary, honey, black currant. Flavor is similar, nicely balanced. Not as thick and concentrated as some of the heavy (and pricy) meads, but this is a nice balanced mead. Solid, worth a try / buy.

Bottle @ Benzai's Anti-Carnival Valentine's Day Tasting, Feb 26. Clear gold appearance. Smooth palate, not too strong tasting given the ABV but still bares a pleasantly rich, sticky sweet honey character with warming walnuts on the finish.. nice

Bottle pour at Medivarna. Pours clear light gold. Nose has a very distinct fermented citrus character. Flavour has sweet honey followed by a long, bitter orange peel character. A bit medicinal, but I can get behind this.
