My first unflavoured mead, so I guess the rating's gonna reflect this, but anyway here goes. Deep copper pour, no head. Nose is intense, sweet honey, a spicy touch and perhaps a vague floral character. Taste is sweet as well, honey and some booze, also kinda spicy, but not as much as the aroma was. Closes with a long lasting, sweet and boozy finish, had light to medium body but drinks below the ABV. Tasty altogether, liked it.
