Bottle pour @TreeRock. Clear, pale amber/maple color, still. Soft, sweet, cinnamon & almond nose. Nutty sweetness, earthy cinnamon, sweet & subtle all spice, soft oxidation. Mellow, coating, tasty spiced mead. Good.

Bottle @TreeRock. Made with linden honey. Clear, vibrant 14k gold. Clover-ish honey, grain, warming wax scent. Syrupy, smoked, maple, wax, lingering nutty sweetness. Some acidity. Good, but got better as it sat.

Bottle pour @TreeRock. On their list as Apimed Dark. Clear, dark, maple color. Waxy, bittersweet, leafy green. Maple, smoked, bittersweet, stumbling towards a sugary cereal sweetness. Oxidized, cooked down apple juice sticky, toffee beer. Bit goopy, very smokey, sweet & boozy. Okay.

Medovina from some gallery (wine shop) in Karvina (Czech Republic - Moravia-Silesia Region). no to mamy spora dawke zilek, cos jak prowansalskie z przewaga rozmarynu. cyrusowy posmak, doskonale przelamuje slodycz miodu. dobrze zbalansowane, rozgrzewajace, smaczne, tekstura ok. butla spora. wszystko ladnie no ale i bylo drogie. Dodam jeszcze ze ma dziwny aromat, nie pasuje mi cos jak kapusta zasmazana. To jedyny minus.
