We introduce you a range of clean natural meads and various type of honey, from which they are made. Apimed Meads are treasure hiding the gifts of the sun, the smell of meadows, forest freshness, diligent work of bees and mastery of dedicated people.

Wine with soul of honey®

In the mead there are kept rare taste and aroma properties of the honey. We use the species richness and diversity. We produce mead according to the type of honey like winemakers make wine from the grape variety.

My personal favourite from both Slovak and Czech meads so far. Tried it on uncountable occasions both from bottle, and from "cask", both hot and cold. Colour beautiful golden and very clear. Aroma of honey. You will not find much more in this mead, some people say it is too sweet for them, but it is ok with me. It will always leave you wanting more. If I am bored of the sweetness, I usually buy Apimed Staroslovanská Medovina Svetlá.

Dark golden color. Aroma of honey, herbs blackberries. Taste, honey, blackberries, hints of lemon and herbs. Drinkable.

From "cask" in Poprad, Slovakia
Light honey color (no head). Aroma of glue and fruits, similar to some barley wines and Belgian ales. Liquerish palate. Honeyish. Cinnamon-flavored like Christmas cookies! Sweet.
