Bottle. Golden color. Walnuts and honey in aroma. Taste, walnuts, honey, caramel. Not so sweet as I expected, nice,easy drinkable mead.

Bottle. Dark golden color. Aroma of honey, almond, rum. Very sweet taste with honey, almond, some spices. Little bit sweet tome, I know, it’s mead, but drinkable.

At a tasting, lightish amber colour, aroma of honey, pears and dried apricots, intense honey flavour with some light dried fruits, apples and some spices, very sweet but with just a touch of sourness. Very good.

At a tasting, lighti gold colour,aroma of clove and cinamon with some sausage spiciness in the back that feels too strong and medicinal, flavour of clove and cinamon with a strong candy like sweetness and sourness at all. Drinkable but much too sweet.

At a tasting, straw yellow colour, aroma of apple and honey drops, aroma of honey with dried apples and apricots and some spiciness in the back, quite sweet but with just enough sourness to balance and prevent it from becoming cloying. Nice and fun to sip.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks tomer. Clear amber. Aroma of honey, caramel, some fruity notes and a floral spicy hint. Sweet flavor with honey, light acidic notes, a light floral note and a light alcohol burn in the finish. Pretty syrupy, but smooth. A good mead.
