Sweet, solvents, apple, honey, alcohol scent. Sweet, honey, sugary taste. Honey aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Smooth mouthfeel, low to no bitterness. Something just feels slightly off about it, especially in the taste.

Palate: Medium + body. Round fine balanced sweetness. Flat carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Cinnamon, honey and fruity. Warming alcohol.
Overall impression: The first mead I really liked! Nice tasty sipper. Bottle at Hostinec Richtar Jakub in Bratislava, Slovakia.
