Bottle as a courtesy of meadery, many thanks. Light gold with very honey ish aroma. Taste is sweet, bit spicy, not sure what roses were meant to do but it's still very decent mead.

Blond to golden colour. Smell of plastic, wax. Sweet, but lean, mouthfeel, with some vegetable bitterness that balances the sugars, nice honey flavour.
A bit floral and fruity in the finish, lightly bready too.

Strong wild flower honey aroma, wax. Strong wax flavour, very sweet, a bit floral; strong alcohol notes. A bit of bitterness adds complexity, but it's fairly simple overall.
