Bottle @Ulfborg. Clear pale golden, no head. Heavy almond aroma, totally suppressing any honey. Sweet flavour, honey, almonds much more subdued here. Some light honey spice, almonds ok balanced.

ABV: 13.5%. Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is honey, alcohol, almonds, almond - mandelessens - marzipan. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet, honey, almond, mandelessens - marzipan. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20220107]

Really nice cherry mead, exactly the right amount of fruit and sweetness. Never cloying, doesn't taste like cough medicine. Cherry is love or hate for me and it's clear what this one is. I tried it heated. My first Slovakian mead, I declare.

Bottle from sister in law. Vintage 2013 Pours clear gold. Barrique, spicy, honey. Tastes sweetish obviously, sticky mouthfeel, light spiciness, well rounded. Very nice sipper
