Bottled 500ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, small brown head that went away fast, coffee and light maple in the nose. Coffee, dark chocolate, cinnamon, maple and light barrel with spicy and vanilla notes. Oily, alcohol hidden but overall bit too sweet.

Tap at Beerlovers bar. Haha, massive deep brown to black with very dark head. A ton of sugary malts, maple, bourbon, coffee, rye whiskey, more brown sugar, vanilla, booze. It has everything you could want: chocolate, maple, coffee, vanilla and bourbon. Very very sweet, solid boozy. Over the top. Really over the top. But really well made and so tasty... ,,😋😋

Pours deeply black, medium to medium large browned head. Scent is roasty, kinda sharp, less sugarry than expected. Some coffee. Mild on the barrel. Taste is totally different though, more of what i hoped for, and than some ! Straight up maple goodness, coffee tones, mild but present whisky and oak. Sweet, thick. Pastry heavy, but all maple ! Happyness infusion liquid. I can see how this is concidered too sweet, to straight forward though, even for me, this is ... Pretty one sided. I'm just lucky it's a side i really like !

0.5 l bottle from Ambasada, Zagreb. Shared with Ogi and Marko. Oily dark brown to black, minimal head. Aroma is chocolate syrup, ethanol, cocoa liqueur, some maple syrup, some oak, molasses, caramel, even dried fruit and walnut liqueur. Also biscuit, some chocolate cookie. A touch of lacquer. Smooth, oily, sweet, licorice, maple syrup, caramel candy, bitter chocolate syrup flavour. Nice dark chocolate bitter touch, otherwise quite sweet. Warming. Lasting sweet finish.

2023 vintage, thx Ogi for sharing with H & me! Pitch black body, no head. Huge creamy chocolate and caramel aroma, bit of maple, vanilla... actually quite a bit pleasant. Smooth maple-driven taste, salted caramel, vanilla and cocoa notes as well, some weak old wood notes, thankfully well subdued, some warming alcohol, well restrained, ending dryish. The warmth does buildy, and the barrel is slightly imperfect, but this is excellent to be fair.
