Pours a hazy peachy colour, small and quickly dissipating head of foam, no lacing.
The smell is peach, apricot, quite tart, some ascetic aromas, some Brett.
The taste is big peach and apricot, Brett, very tart, nectarine must be there but I haven't eaten one in ages so it's hard for me to identify.
Fairly light bodied, I would drink this again.
Capped and corked bottle.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Slightly clouded apricot color with a medium frothy white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of oak, dark fruit and yeast. Medium body with flavors of oak, funky plums, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a plum and yeast aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Big pink grapefruit, saline. Great expression of the fruit, especially after 4 years in bottle. The sourness is direct, but kind of one note. Pleasant sour to move someone from Sculpin or greyhounds towards lambics
