On tap at Cascade, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky yeast, with leather, and acidity. Flavour is very funky and acidic, with barnyard funk, heaps of acidity, leather and wild yeast. Not getting any apricot - there's a lot of acidity and funk. Messy and lacking cohesion. Okay.

750 c&c shared by Marcus. Pours pinky/copper with a transient whitish head. Aroma is slightly sour rose wine/grape. Med body. Flavor is very wine grape in a rose way. Cow Girl Mount Tam cheese really accents the grape. Moderates the sour. This is a beer for sharing with appropriate foods.

Sample at First Draft Taproom during the "CSA ALL DAY" event on 10/06/2017. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium thick white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of oak, citrus, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tropical fruit, oak, earthy yeast and rye malt. The finish is funky kumquat and yeast. Enjoyable beer overall.
