Pours clear, golden blonde. Scent is strong, full, mild funky honey. very raw and pure, medium smooth. Taste is fairly full sweet, medium body. Mildly noticable acidity and alcohol . Full raw honey. Pretty basic, but than again that's what this mead should be. Perhaps a touch to high on the alcohol to me.
