Established in 2014
The first construction modifications began in September 2013 and we started operations on August 18, 2014. You can find the brewery and inn in the village of Chomoutov, near Olomouc, in the PLA Litovelské Pomoraví.
As you can imagine, we derived the name of the brewery from the name of our village. Chomoutov itself has a long history and was first mentioned in writing in 1078. The brewery is located in a more than a hundred-year-old Haná farm, in the former stables, which have undergone a complete reconstruction.
We started brewing beer for ourselves, as homebrewers, so that it would taste good to us. And because it tasted good and not only to us, we enlarged it once and the second time we preferred to build a real brewery. Nevertheless, we still brew at home and, according to our friend, we are home brewers with the largest brewery in the country. We want to continue brewing beer that we and you will like.

Barva tmave zlatava. Pena nizka a brzo pryc (uz mi tu chvili lezi). Vune karamel, slad. Chut sladova, karamelova, konec suchy, trocha citrusu. Trocha alkoholove hrejivosti. Horkost vyssi stredni. Plnost stredni.

Canned 500ml. -at Pivny Raj Mlynske Nivy Bratislava, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, hemp and herbs in the nose. Hemp, herbal, earthy, a way too dry and dusty finish.

Can at Pivný raj Mlynské nivy with Hrabren and Ogi. Slightly hazy golden body, lasting big off-white head. Dank, hempy aroma, bit grainy. Dry, very hempy herbal taste, simple, cleanish. Didn't mind it at all, having enjoyed it to a point, though I saw room for improvement.

0.5 l can shared with Marko and Ogi at Pivny ray - Mlynské nivy, Bratislava. Unclear golden, small frothy off-white head. Intense dank and herbs, intense cooked vegetable aroma. Flavour is herbal, danky, and bready. Medium body, soft carbonation. Light dry finish. Quite a disgusting aftertaste, sorry.

Keg at Red Nose Pub Kosice, 08/06/23. Brewery #5K on Rake My Bier Dot Com. Moderately hazed golden with a good sized just off white head. Nose is straw, grass, light astringency, orange peel, herb. Taste comprises airy malts, light breads, tangerine, grass, floral notes, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with modest hop bitterness. So so affair.

1l PET-ka, huge thanks Matúš! Full golden-amber body, no head, oxidation setting in. Lovely full bready notes, white bread crust, some yeasty touches, light oxidation, herbal touches, mildly fruity touches. Lean, dryish but somehow almost slightly juicy, minerally taste, bit herbal, white bread crust grainy notes, if not for vague yeasty touches and signs of oxidation, this would be fantastic! Realistically 3.3-3.4 level even with oxidation, raised the score a little.
