Draught at Zubatý pes. Red to brown colored. AROMA- strongly apples. FLAVOR- neutral, pleasantly bitter, apples, roasted malts, cranberries, hawthorn. Medium bodied.

Pet. Bursztynowe, niemalże klarowne, piana okazała, drobnopęcherzykowa, dość trwała. W aromacie przede wszystkim żywicznie, trochę trawiaście, pod tym czuć nuty chlebowe. W smaku słodko, ale z konkretną goryczkową kontrą, która szybko się urywa i nie zalega. Chmiel fajnie balansuje się ze słodowością i karmelem, którego też trochę jest. Jest nawet takie delikatne coś przywołujące skojarzenie z diacetylem, choć nie jest to paskudne masło. Wysycenie średnie, dla mnie odpowiednie. Ogólnie piwo nie jest niczym specjalnym, ale trafia dość dobrze w moje gusta i po prostu mi smakuje.

Pet kupiony w browarze. Bez zastanowienia: najbardziej goryczkowy pils, jakiego piłem, nachmielony konkretniej niż niejedno IPA, a odczuwa się to jeszcze bardziej bo nie jest taki pełny. Bukiet aromatyczno-smakowy dość rozbudowany, bo nad chlebową podstawą jest po trochu i niewielkiego diacetylu, i estrów, i chmielowej ziołowości, i delikatnej kwaskowości. Doświadczenie ciekawe, ale nie zamierzam powtarzać.

Tap at U Šumavy. Gold body, white head. Soft caramelly and wormwood aroma, not that impressive. The taste, however, makes up for it. Candy, citric, backed by a fine maltiness that mixes almost perfectly with the hoppy profile. Lasting herbal bitter finish. Works well. Good job!
