Draught @ HBF 2018. Sweet and heavy Sahti with some banana, yeast, juniper and bready maltiness. Quite balanced but I'm still not the biggest fan of Sahti.

Tap @ hbf 2018. Poured amber color with a thin white head. Banana, wheat, yeast. Banana, yeast, bun dough in flavor. Not a bad sahti at all. Sweet finish.

Cask at HBF2018, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some sweet malts and malts. Simple malty juice. Very confusing.

Bottle at HBF. Dark ruby colour, small beige head. Buttery, diacetylic nose. Light-bodied. Grass, toffee, diacetyl, harsh flavours. Quite sweet, not very drinkable.

Tap at HBF. Hazy orange colour, small off-white head. Strong riped banana in the nose. Full-bodied. Good viscocity. Good maltyness. Very sweet. A bit simple.

Plastic container @ Tuulensuu. Aroma has sweet candy tones, malt and fruity yeasty tones. Flavour has juniper, spicy tones, flour and sweet malt. A bit thin by the taste and abv, otherwise nice and balanced.

Draught @ GP Tuulensuu as "Lapin Voima Kullero Marjasahti". Aroma has berries and baking stuff (bread yeast?) Flavour has sweet malt, tart-ish berries and yeasty tones. Interesting mix of sweet and tart, a bit messy though.

Draught at Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Pours red, juite berry-like colour there. Almost no carbonation, looking flat. Nose has some yeast funk, light berries and some sweetness also, no acidity. Tastes really smooth, berry tartness has really balanced this overall yeastiness and the lack of carbonisation does not bother at all. Light tartness leaves way to dry and relatively short finish, just some bready bitterness lingering even after overall sensation is gone. Fruit sahti, something I didn’t even know existed - and this one is actually super tasty!
