Sahti draft / "box" @ Villi Wäimö, Helsinki. Pours hazy orange, almost no carbonation and almost no foam. Nose is somewhat wheaty, yeast character quite strong, so yeast spices maybe overpowering over rye spices. Taste is yeasty, somewhat stuffy and raw yeast character as is fitting to the style, bready feel to it, dusty. Yeast bringing out some banana but no real acidity, quite sweet in fact. Interesting and I have to admit that also enjoyable. Interesting example of the style.

[ As Lapin Voima Kullero Marjaisa Mallassahti ].Muddy medium to dark red - orange amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, beetroot - earthy berries, rapberry - sour berries, sweet malt, sweet yeast, riped banana, banana, porridge. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, riped banana, sour bread, beetroot - earthy berries, some cranberries - bilberries - raspberry.
