At Pub Peräkammari: pours flat light brown with a white head. Aroma is lightly smoky, pine needles, some fruitiness. Taste is lightly smoky and a bit sour. Somewhat funky.

Smell of mead, a faint of juniper. Muddybrown colour, tiny head. Aroma of juniper, sourdough, yeast. Sour. No carbon. Viscous.

Bag in a box at Pub Peräkammari. Smokey fruit aroma. Solid opaque orange amber. No head. Heavy sour with a smokey hint to it. Thick bodied. Oily. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. The smokiness gives it a different character but still regretted the Finish pint I was served.

Bag in a box, Pub Peräkammari. 24/05/19. Fermenting berries aroma. Solidly opaque loganberry in colour. Thin bubbly head just clings to the rims. Medium sour with a yoghurt element. Fruit smoothy. Medium bodied. Slick-oily. Flat carbonation. Low key astringent finish.

Sample from the bottle at HBF2019, Helsinki. Color is clear orange with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, honey, rice and malts. Sakeish! Very sweet.
