SOPP Turku 2019. Kullervo Vaalea Ruissahti. A golden, no head. Aroma has banana, wheat, spicyness of rye. Taste has grain, banana, sweetness and spicyness. Full bodied, smooth. Nice.

From the bag at Perakammari. Pale orange color; the palest of the 4. Fruity, citrus nose, lemon, grapefruit, and tons of apricots plus some bread. Somewhat tart flavor, citrus, spice, apricots. Very refreshing, crisp, and lovely. The tartness goes well with the sweet esters and makes this the most easy drinking of the four. Probably the most interesting too.

From the bag at Perkammari. This one seemed older and less fresh than the others. Deep, cloudy orange-amber. A bit muddy. Spicy phenolic nose, cloves, wiezen-like, banana, some woody grains. Oily, fruity, estery flavor with juniper notes. Spicy and wiezen-like with clove and banana. Sweet and viscous and less fresh tasting.

From the freshly opened bag at Perakammari. Deep, dark orange-amber, the darkest of the 4, but not so cloudy. Nose is caramel and roast. Buttery rye, grain, brown sugar, slightly burnt. Rich, thick, and viscous. Flavor is a bit woody, quite syrupy, with burnt sugar and rye. A bit challenging, actually, but fun.

From the bag at Perakammari. Freshly opened. Very spicy and estery nose, rye spiciness, bananas, vanilla. Hazy golden orange, much lighter than the dark rye version. Very creamy flavor, sweet, heavy, with vanilla, banana cream pie, and a bit of tartness. Full, creamy body. Sweet, full viscousity. My second favorite of the four.

Sold as Osmotar Mallassahti. Tap @ SOPP Hki 2019. Smell of banana, some rye, some grain. Muddy brown colour, no head. Aroma of banana, rye, some juniper. Very viscous texture, no carbon. Medium sweet, lightly bitter. Good sahti.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2019. Smell of banana, yeast. Weizen-like. Muddy yellow colour, white head. Aroma of butter, yeast, banana. Not so much juniper or rye to be noted. Thick palate. Decent sahti but lacks sourness.

At the Pub Perrakami: pours bright red with small head (it came from a bag so...). Aroma is mostly a good deal of berries. Taste is somewhat sour, full of berries, lightly funky.
