(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2021) The beer poured pale amber and cloudy. No head. Aroma had juniper, malts and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, juniper, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and mildly bitter. A pleasant spicy sahti.

(From a bag in a box at Helsinki Beer Factory, 20210728) The beer poured brown and cloudy. No head. Aroma had juniper, bread, banana and malts. Palate was full bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were juniper, malts, banana and low bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, juniper and bitterness. A pleasant sahti with dry palate.

(From a bag in a box at Helsinki Beer Factory, 20210728) The beer poured amber and cloudy. No head. Aroma had juniper, banana, bread and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, juniper, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and lightly bitter. A nice spicy sahti. Bit weird.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2019 as Suvi vehnäsahti) The beer poured pale yellow and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had banana, juniper and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were banana, spiciness, juniper, malts and low bitterness. Aftertaste had spiciness and juniper. A different but still quite tasty sahti.

(From a bag in a box at Helsinki Beer Factory, 20210728) The beer poured light brown with bits of berries floating and cloudy. No head. Aroma had juniper, malts, banana and mildly tartness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were juniper, tart berries, banana, malts and low bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, malty and bitter. A pleasant brew with balanced tartness. I was positively impressed.

Tap at SOPP Helsinki. Murky amber colour, not much head. Sweet banana malty aroma. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Sweet banana, alcohol but very malty and solid. Very good traditional Sahti.

Tap at SOPP Helsinki. Murky amber colour, no much head. Banana sweet aroma. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Sweet banana flavour, nicely balanced lingonberry flavour. Interesting good berry Sahti.

On tap at Time Bar, Helsinki. Hazy golden brown without any head. Fruity aroma with ripe bananad, mild smoky notes and hints of juniper. Medium body with medium flavour intensity and nice acidic notes.
