--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy orange colour, small head. Aroma of juniper and banana. Tart with medium body and rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. Juniper, banana and rye bread. Very interesting, very good!

From bag at Humala. Dark red-amber colour, small beige head. Juniper dominates, some spiceyness from rye. Medium-bodied. Lots of juniper, rye, light banana. Quite dry Sahti.

Draught @ SOPP Vantaa. Rated on 11.06.2022 Aroma is sourish with bretta and orange. Flavour is sourish and a bit tart with bretta, citrus, orange, mild earthy tones. Unusual, not close to any other beer I've had.

Draught @ SOPP Vantaa. Rated on 11.06.2022 Aroma has sweet malt and juniper. Toffee candy? Flavour has strong juniper, some sweet malt, toffee. Strong lingering juniper in aftertaste. Quite delicious, best sahti for a while.

Tap at SOPP2022, Tampere. Color is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Smoke, some ripe fruits, malts...very malty.
