Draught@HBF2018. Hazy orange colour with a small creamy off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is ripe bananas, some spices, mild juniper. Flavour is sweet malts, alcohol, ripe bananas. Sweet. Very simple and straight forward Sahti for once.

1,3 l Bag (thanks Beershine/Sunshine). Hazy amber colour with no head. Aroma is banana, some fruity, yeasty and mild spruce tips to it. Flavour is banana, some yeast, mild fruity and some wooden tones. Smooth and very fresh.

Draught@HBF2018. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some wooden and mild earthy notes. Flavour is diacetyl, mild herbal, earthy and floral notes to it. Long toffeeish malts and diacetyl in the finish.

Cask@HBF2018. Hazy orangeish amber colour, small off--white head. Aroma is spruce, spices, some cheesy notes as well as mild toffee. Flavour is rather sour with some fruity, earthy and mild spicy notes. Harsh.

Draught (as Lapin Voima Kullervo Vaalea Ruissahti)@HBF2017. Hazy goldeny yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is fruity, some bananas, spices, mild rye and toffee. Flavour is fruity, mild bready, bananaish and yeasty notes. Refreshing and nice.
