130cl plastic bag (7,5%) @ home, BBE 02.08.2020. Aroma has strong juniper, some sweet malt and caramel. Flavour has non-disturbing alcohol, strong juniper notes and some hayish flour. Rich and gel-like palate like sahtis usually have. Good sahti with rather strong juniper aromas.

Probably the realest Sahti I'll ever drink. Some berry, some musk. Like basement resin with lemon balm. Sweet malt. Pours orange with good head and lacing. Finishes with light sweetness Not much carbonation. Pour from a box at Kaisla in Helsinki.

Sampled @ Kippis Festival, Helsinki. Light red colored brew. Red berries obviously coming through , but also heavy on the yeast and banana. Not complaining.

Canister (?) @ GP Tuulensuu Aroma has quite nothing - perhaps some fruits. Flavour has grainy hay, some acidic sourness and apples. Feels like the beginning of a contamination.
Earlier Rating: 5/23/2015 Total Score: 3.4
Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2015. ABV 7-8% according to brewery. Aroma has strong-ish juniper tones, some sweet malt and distant yeasty notes. High viscosity. Flavour as juniper, yeasty notes, ripe fruits and some orange. The juniper is a bit too strong here.
