On "tap" at Time bar, Helsinki. Pours hazy deep golden to orange without any head. Herbal and somewhat fruity with juniper and notes of rye and peat. Sweet, slightly warming and rather smooth and pleasant.

From tap at Time bar, Helsinki. Pours muddy reddish dirty brown. Lingonberries, bananas and juniper with hints of wheat and peat. Fruity and quite interesting.

From plastic bag at Villi Wäinö. Hazy reddish/brown with no head. Sweet malt, banana, spices and rye bread. It's always interesting to drink a Sahti. Kippis!

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of rye bread, juniper, yeast. Opaque copper colour, no head. Aroma of sweet malt, toffee or candy, sugar. Very viscous, very sweet. No carbon. Thick palate. Good one.

Tap at sopp 2021, Helsinki. Color is cloudy murky light Brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, Banana, juniper, some dry lingonberries, wheat, malts... ok. But not balanced.
