Hbf 2017. Poured murky amber color with no head. Banana, baking soda, wheat, minerally notes. Flavor has banana, quite ripe ones, wheat, sweetness, some vanilla. Awesome.

Tap at HBF. Hazy amber co, tiny off-white head. Very berryish, a bit tart, banana aroma. Medium-bodied. Banana, but also berries ... cranberries, strawberries. No, sahti with berries is not pleasant.

Samea olut ei juuri vaahtoa lainkaan. Kevyen vehnäinen ja banaaninen tuoksu. Maku makea, banaaninen, melko kevyt ja asteen verran vetinen. Tämä "kevytsahti" on melko raikas, mutta toisaalta aika pitkälle hiilihapottoman vehnäoluen tuntuinen.

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2016. Yellow cloudy colour, no head. No smell. Aroma of butter, weizenbier-like. Yeast and banana. Palate is oily, viscous. No notable carbon. Robust carbon. Surprisingly fresh.

Cask @ St. Urhon Sahtipäivät 2016. Aroma has sweet malty tones and hayish juniper tones. High viscosity. Flavour has sweet fruity tones. Finishes with juniper, biscuits and hayish tones. A bit bitter in a harsh way in the finish - less juniper please!

At HBF 2016. Pours smoothy like character. Aroma has banana, wheat, yeast and mild spicy notes. Nice drinkability once you get over the smoothie character. Mild smoke.

(Poured from some vessel at HBF2016) The beer poured yelly like, dark brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had banana and rye. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were rye, sweetness, banana, juniper and low bitterness. Afteraste had sweetness and rye. A nice rye sahti.

Tap at HBF 2016, Helsinki. Colour is deep cloudy orange with small very small white bubbly head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, grain, juniper, strong malts. Heavy stuff.
