A hazy and golden beer, a head is white and medium. Aroma has grain and grassy hoppyness. Good. Taste has grain and grass, low bitterness but it's still enough. Medium bodied, nicely smooth. The first beer for me from this brewery and succesfully. Grain, good beer.

Smell of spices, pepper, gingerbread. Muddy brown colour, brown head. Aroma of gingerbread, hops, herbs, some malt in finish. Too gingerbread-y. Bitter. Flat carbon. Dry palate.

33 cl bottle @ Fondis, Vaasa. BBE 24.10.2019. Aroma has sweetish malt and some green apples. Flavour has smoke, sweet and bready malt. Also licorice and mellow smoke & tar notes. Nice.

Bottle from Kvarken Brewery shop. Mild smell of sourdough. Muddy brown colour, beige head. Aroma of rye bread, some burnt sugar. Sea buckthorn faintly in the background. Very mild flavours, could be more robust. Bitter, lightly sour. Flat carbon.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, light burnt, smoke notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, medium drym smoke notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, spicy, allspice - clove - nutmeg. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, spices, allspices - clove - nutmeg, there is a cake spice maybe cinnamon, light spicy bitter. IMO: a bit to over spices - will prefee more malt and alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180707] 6-3-6-3-11
