Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry hopping, rustic saison yeast, and oak. Flavour has a very nice dry hopping that goes well with the rustic saison yeast. Rustic, oaky, and nicely dry-hopped. Excellent.

deep straw color. Nice grassy hop with cereal malt and honey nose. Smooth palate medium bitterness, slightly sweet malt backbone. Very clean and refreshing. Nice take on the style

473ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, frothy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Aroma of bready pale malt, honey and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, honey, red apple and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Clean, refreshing and crushable, but unremarkable.

375 ml bottle. Pours gold with light head. Aromas of Brett farmyard, citrus, white grape must and soft wheaty malts. Flavors of Brett, white wine/ gewurztraminer/grapes, lemon rind and more soft wheaty malts. Tangy but subtle. Very nice.

Sweet fruity aroma of bready pale malt, tangerine, mango, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, tangerine, lemon, mango, pineapple, earthy yeast and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Delicious and well balanced.

Refreshing and crushable.
