Bottle 750ml. clear glas @ RBESG 14 Grand Tasting at Moncada Brewery, Unit 1 Middle Row, Kensal Town, Greater London, England W10 5AT. [ As Pilton Naturally Sparkling Somerset Cider ].ABV: 5.5%. Unclear matt medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, sugary, candy, apple pie. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, apple pie, vanilla. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively, but looks flat. [20140809]

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014. Thanks to Chriso. Aroma is sweet fruit, fresh apple, woody apple pips. Golden clear, coloured pour woth a loose hwite head. Flavour is crisp apple, sweet, nice fresh fruit, some petrol, pear fruit. Palate is medium sweet, pithy. Solid nice fruit character.

Bottle @ RBESG Grand Tasting. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy dry apple aroma. Fruity spicy dry sparkling apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy apple finish.
