Microcervecería artesanal de Santa Cruz de la Zarza (Toledo). Elaboramos cerveza de autor en la que utilizamos materias primas de nuestra tierra: La Mancha.
Realizamos nuestras elaboraciones en una pequeña fábrica situada en Noblejas - Paseo de la Estación 21 (Toledo) en la que imprimimos en nuestras cervezas un carácter diferenciado utilizando materias primas de nuestra tierra, La Mancha, tales como malta, trigo sin maltear, tomillo, mosto de uva... .
Todas nuestras cervezas se elaboran artesanalmente y no son ni filtradas ni pasteurizadas, así mismo tienen segunda fermentación en botella para proveerlas de la carbonatación necesaria para disfrutarlas.

Bottle shared with Erzengel! A dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of dark and sweet malt, chocolate, some lactose. Taste of sweet dark malt, red malt, liquorice, some chocolate.

Golden color, white head with good retention. Aroma has notes of citruy hops, light resins and herbal notes. Flvaor with a decent bitterness, very fresh, herbal and citrusy notes. Bittery on palate with tropical fruits.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, over ripe fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Golden orange pour with white head. Wheaty and fruity with some light vague citrus nuances, straw, hay, light malty, wheaty, some floral and soapy notes in the close.

Bottle@Jespers - Another slow persistent gusher! Dark Amber pour with beige head. Unusually sour malty and fruity with some dark fruit, vinegar, acidic, medium body, sour fruity finish. Weird.
