Microcervecería artesanal de Santa Cruz de la Zarza (Toledo). Elaboramos cerveza de autor en la que utilizamos materias primas de nuestra tierra: La Mancha.
Realizamos nuestras elaboraciones en una pequeña fábrica situada en Noblejas - Paseo de la Estación 21 (Toledo) en la que imprimimos en nuestras cervezas un carácter diferenciado utilizando materias primas de nuestra tierra, La Mancha, tales como malta, trigo sin maltear, tomillo, mosto de uva... .
Todas nuestras cervezas se elaboran artesanalmente y no son ni filtradas ni pasteurizadas, así mismo tienen segunda fermentación en botella para proveerlas de la carbonatación necesaria para disfrutarlas.

Bottle@TTBS, Copenhagen - Golden orange pour with white head. Fruity and malty with some tropical and citrus fruity notes, some floral and grassy hoppy accents, light body, easy drinking, hoppy medium bitter close.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is peachy and citrusy fruity. Flat hoppy. Herbal. Bitter. Dry and slight toasted. Herbal and bitter far finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Stas. Cloudy amber. Fruity aroma, yeast, sourish, caramel, wood, plastic note, a bit of alcohol. Sweetish-sour flavor, with caramel, yeast, fruitiness, wine, wood, bitterish finish. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated. Messy.

At a tasting, thanks, small creamy head, very dark brown color, aroam of chocolate, dark bread and cocoa, flavor of coffee and metal with a ashy hint, quite sour with light lingering bitterness and a very light sweetness, light to medium bodied. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks troubles. Very dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, soy sauce, some coffee, charcoal. Sweetish flavor, roasty, with dark chocolate, coffee, a bit of bitterness. Medium to full-bodied. Good.

Dorada, ambar nebulosa. Espuma super abundante. Aroma a lúpulos, resinoso y cítrico. Gas abundante, algo excesivo, y sabor muy agradable, de base acaramelada y muy muy aromática. Floral, uvas, cítricos. Refrescante.
