Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Can, 0.33l. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, nuts and cereals. Pours cloudy dark brown color with quickly diminishing creamy light brown head. Taste starts with medium sweet but rich roasted malt and chocolate, follows by coffee, vanilla, nuts and trace of a dried fruit, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is light bitter. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Mmmm, smooth roasted piggy…
