Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

Bière dégustée à la maison. Jolie robe bien hazy, couleur attrayante, légèrement trouble.

Sweet-ish, caramel malty and slightly nutty and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of caramel, hints of toasted nuts, hazelnut, a touch of praline, toffee, minimally herbal hoppy overtones with a weak touch of mint. Taste is sweet-ish, nutty and chocolately, dark malty, slightly caramel malty, hints of toffee, caramel, milk chocolate, hazelnut, praline, weak, herbal hoppy overtones.

BBE 12/2026. Murky yellow colour, small white head. Straw, some juicyness in the nose, perhaps a bit old vibe (2 months old?). Medium-bodied. Lots of straw, even hemp, some riped tropical fruits. Feels lighter than TIPA. Meh.

Pours black color with one finger of frothy brown head. Peanut and chocolate aroma. Again peanut, chocolate, light roasty flavor, with a light alcohol warmth in the end.

A touch of haze on this golden beer. Tall white head. Grain forward with light sweetness. Lots of mineral notes mid way before slipping into more grain in the finish. Medium bodied. Not bad, really. A bit heavy on the grain and I could use a little more restraint but it’s fine.

(Can) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, orange, honey and herbs. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, orange peel, grapefruit, tropical fruit, mango, papaya, honey, white bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, quite sweet. Dank, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

44cl can, BB 05/2026.

44cl can, BB 10/2026.
