Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

Can at home shared with Laura. Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma is lightly malts, very fruity hoppy. Flavor is similar, lightly malty, tropical fruit hoppy, mango, guava. Citrusy in the background. Quite sweet. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Okay but too sweet for me.

440ml can. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather cautious, sweet-ish, minimally sugary, pale malty and fruity hoppy aroma, notes of melon, some lychee, rhubarb, whiffs of strawberry. Taste is mildly bitter, fruity and minimally leafy, hoppy, oaty and pale malty basis with low residual sweetness, hints of melon, lychee, rhubarb.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Not too sweet, not "un-fresh", but far from crisp or juicy - not that exciting.

Can. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, fruity (grape, some citrus), some dank. Taste: Fruity grape, some orange and tangerine, dank hints, hoppy with a quite dominant malty base. Moderate to over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Just over medium body, average carbonation. Ok, but a bit weak for a TIPA.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 21/04/2026.
Moderately hazed orange to golden topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is ripe tropical fruit esters, pine resin, mango pulp, guava.
Taste comprises orange pith, pine resin, hop spice, grapefruit, grass, raw pineapple.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with resinous come lightly dankened hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost.
Tidy.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts for Tipa, light and smooth, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops bring cooling pine into a reasonably bright and juicy mandarin and tangerine citrus. Lotus orange creamsicle is a little more obvious on the back end, shoulda been a front end flavour for me but, definitely better late than never. Bright broad spectrum piney fruits. A mild bitterness on the light finish. Pretty light overall, light and drinkable.

Nice rich coffee vibes throughout. Rich dark malt bomb besides. But nice hearty black coffee, a nip of vanilla, soft roast. Big and a little chewy. Lightly warming and sticky. Enjoyable.
