33cl can, BB 04/2026.
Couleur pâle dorée trouble mais avec une sensation de viscosité par l'apport de la purée de fruits, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme donne de suite le ton avec un fruité marqué mais où je retrouve le caractyère de la pêche plus que celui de la goyave qui elle brille plus en bouche. Petite touche adoucie en support avec une vanille marquée.
Palais garde bien une influence fruitée tropicale avec la goyave bien mise en avant. Epais en bouche - rondeur d'avoine? longueur en bouche aussi avec des notes de lactose qui sont bien en évidence tout autant qu'une pointe de douceur de la vanille.
Reste très sympa à déguster même su je perds un peu le côté salind e la gose.
Dry and alcoholic.

Claire, col fin blanc.
Une très bonne bière de soif - le mélange citron vert et basilc fonctionne bien tout en ayant qcq éléments de citrique de l'effet 'sour' qui perdure en find bouche. Effet infusion - le tout gardant tout de même une sensation céréalières - malté en fin de bouche.
In fine, un sour qui reste tout de même en retrait mais le mélange avec le basilic fonctionne bien.

AIH205. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild nectary and a bit toffeeish tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some nectar and mild oaty tones with some mild spruce tones. Not much bitterness to talk about.
