The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#100. ST MALO. From June 2025. Very dark in colour and taste, although this transfers as sweetened dark malts. It's quite crisp drinking.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A medium haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Slightly thin bodied malts, plenty sweet enough. Crisp cooling pine. Hop spice starts to bite from the get go. Bright and reasonably juicy citrus, a little citrus peel bitterness. Decent floral peach on the back end. Crisp finish. Nice, love that Peacharine sprinkle on the back end.
