Dorée, pas de haze !!! col blanc-cassé tenace. Iic, une grosse TIPA comme à la vraie époque.
Arôme est fruité tirant sur l’abricot et la résine avec un support de tropical dont la mangue avec en retrait une note rappelant la groseille verte et un léger herbacé.
Palais sur une belle effervescence avec de suite ce caractère résineux mais aussi un prenant caractère de pamplemousse, résine, effet bonbon/candy entre orange et clémentine et un côté ‘boozy’ qui revient en fin de bouche, le tout reste bien old-school.

Dorée, léger pâle, au col blanc.
Bouquet de chanvre, résine avec ce côté herbe en sachet, le tout avec un apport délicat d’agrumes – citron vert, léger épicé et un effet céréales – drêche qui ponctue cette session ale.

Pâle/cuivre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est léger sur la malté avec de fins effluves de grillé et toasté – pâle, léger caramel, avec un apport houblonné noble anglais en support- effet ‘honey dew’ et florale du East Kent Golding.
Palais est sur une belle base maltée – classique anglaise avec un côté grillé finement toasté, caramel, tout en ayant une bonne dose d’amertume au caractère anglais – lavande fraiche, finement herbacé et terreux.
Dommage que Piggy ne sorte pas plus souvent ce genre de bière au lieu de nous fourguer des hazy toutes les semaines.

Dorée, pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme est chargé en notes fruitées – pamplemousse, orange sanguine, agrumes et encore pas mal d’orange en retrait, le tout avec un léger rétro-nasal malté en appui. Je retrouve aussi un caractère fruits à noyaux avec de fins effluves exotiques.
Palais sur une belle douceur fruitée abricot, mangue, petite douceur de poire et nectarine, papaye et thé noir en infusion.

Pâle, léger voile, col crémeux blanc.
Arôme est fruité axé sur les fruits à noyaux avec un retrait assez frais de mandarine.
Palais sur une base neipa plaisante pas surchargée en levure – fruité avec pas mal d’exotique, pointe épicée de la neipa – agrumes encore en appui avec une certaine fraicheur rappelant le mentholé.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin pale malts, mouthfeel wise, a light creamy sweetness . Light crisp cooling pine into light ripe and fairly bright citrus. A little black pepper from Enigma, touch of berry fruits. Peppery hop spice on the light and semi dry finish interesting brew. A lighter cleaner malt base would have served the fine hoppage with aplomb.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, roughish head. Dank, dusty - even mody aroma. Medium body, sweet fruitiness and then some rather unpleasant hop accents as also showing in the nose. No real bitterness. 090525

Murky orange topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is grapefruit, pine resin, melon, papaya, light stone fruit whisper.
Taste comprises grapefruit zest, pine resin, papaya, raw pineapple, mango hint.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid easy drinking DIPA.

Hazed orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is ripe tropical fruits, grapefruit, orange pith, guava, mandarin, light pine flicker.
Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, grass, dank spike, bitter tropicana.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close punctured with light resinous come danko hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA.

Can at Plan d'eau Benfeld. Dank weedy hops, spicy, coconut, wheat, light floral, lime. Medium sweet, light bitter and a hint of wheat sourness. Medium bodied. Less good than the single hop Citra we just had before.
