Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

22/VIII/25 - 44cl can @ home, BB: XII/2028, canned: 7/XI/24 (2025-813) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing the can!

Slightly cloudy light orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of banana, yeasty, slightly smoky, meh. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of alcohol, sugary, gentle bitterness, lots of ripe to overripe banana, pretty smoky. Aftertaste: yeasty, bubble gum, sugary, more smoky, sweet, banana, decent but not that great.

33cl can, canned 11/2024, BB 12/2028.

Can, 5%. Great roasted, nutty, and bready aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is very nutty and nicely malty. Very flavourful for the style, and much better than many other brown ales.

Weich, frisch, herb hopfiger Abgang, nett. 9/11/10/10//10

12 April 2025. At LOC Brewery, Tilburg. Cheers to mom, dad & Anke!

Fresh peach, guava, passion fruit, coconut, lychee, white onion. Sweetish peach & lychee, sourish passion fruit, dough. Floral hops, bittersweet stone fruit, some grapefruit, white onion. Medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation. All the right amounts here. Lots of hoppy juiciness.
