Fresh peach, guava, passion fruit, coconut, lychee, white onion. Sweetish peach & lychee, sourish passion fruit, dough. Floral hops, bittersweet stone fruit, some grapefruit, white onion. Medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation. All the right amounts here. Lots of hoppy juiciness.
On tap at Rekord Bar. Perfumed, spiced, tropical. Refreshing, but a bit too much resembling wc block. 747313 250728

33cl can, BB11/2028, dégustée au village en Catalogne.
Un gros stout, en collab avec les Bruxellois de Fugu - brasseurs gypsy mais qui arrivent à sortir pas mal de collab avec des brasseries connues - alors que franchement leurs bières de base ne sont pas particulièrement étonnantes.
Un gros stout, brun foncé versant sur le noir, col légèrement huileux doré au verre, mousse éparce café au lait.
Un gros stout comme Piggy sait les faire avec une bonne dose de malts allant sur le chocolat noir, caramel, dark crystal tout en ayant aussi un apport plaisant de la barrique - notes boisées - fines vanille.
In fine, je ne vois pas l'apport particulier de Fugu dans cette collab - sauf le côté chocolat noir comme repris sur la drsciption,

44cl can, BB 12/2025, dégustée à la maison en Catalogne.
Dorée, col blanc crémeux épais.
Arôme sur un bouquet d elager - fleuri marqué noble avec de fines pointes terreuses - rétro accompge cela avec un volet plus sur le céréale.
Palais est sec malté sur le pils - note de lager marqué - je note un côté fruité vert rappelant la groseille et un léger fleuri. Le tout reste assez sec vers les céréales - le tout garde cepedant un effet un peu passé malgré la date encore bonne. Amertume persistante tout au long.

A clear amber beer with a white head. Aroma of red malt, resins, caramel, red fruits. Taste of mild resinous hops, red malt, pine, long bitter finish.
