Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

Can. Hazy yellow orange color with thick white head. Aroma of malt, yeast residuals, light caramel, tropical fruits, zest, herbal notes. Taste is fruity compote with tropical fruits, apricots, caramel, unfortunately also oxidation. I am disappointed.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 14/09/2025.
Clear golden to copper topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is light caramel, bitter orange, grass, mixed tropicana.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine needle, melon, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying spiked with balanced hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy enough DIPA with an old skool meets WC vibe.

Can. A light haze, on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. Soft but realistic ripe orange. Mild hop spice. Ripe tangerine. Light crisp finish. Ripe but tasty, don't get the Brut element.

Can at home, courtesy of Romain. Pour murky golden with a white head that disspiates quickly. Nose is overripe tropical fruits, gummy candies, candied citrus peels and a big grainy punch as well, quite surprisingly. More like oatmeal on a second thought perhaps, or a touch of lactose? Flavor is green and fruity, some mango, some passion fruit, then surprisingly firmly bitter, the finish is short and watery. As in not the body but the flavour, it's gone real quick and suddenly. Light bodied with soft carbonation. I like the fruity notes but almost nothing else tbh

33cl can, canned 11/2024, BB 12/2028.

Can, 5%. Great roasted, nutty, and bready aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Good stable off-white head. The flavour is very nutty and nicely malty. Very flavourful for the style, and much better than many other brown ales.

Zitrusartig säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, der Hopfen ist deutlich schwächer als gedacht. Weich, frisch, herb hopfiger Abgang, nett. 9/11/10/10//10
