Bottle, 5% as Rabiosa X Angry Pilsen. CO2 aroma, ok fruity. Hazy golden colour. Frothy white head, seems unstable. The flavour is lemony. Watery. Thin mouthfeel. Ok clean. Lemon finish. High carbonation. Refreshing and clean, but a little thin.

Black with a tall tan head. Sweet dark malts, molasses, earthy, a bit of wood, a hint of burnt malt, light smoke notes. The PX is there but quite mild. Medium to full body and loads of carbonation. Finish is dry and lingering with a touch of chalk. It’s a solid imperial stout but lacks the sherry note I was looking for. Tasty.

A bit cloudy amber with a massive off-white head. Melted caramel notes, wet, sweet dough, some fruit, and the sherry does show up but very muted behind the caramel. Medium bodied. Definitely does not live up to the Pilsner in quality nor enjoyment.

Picked up more for the novelty than anything. Clear yellow with a firm and tall white head. I was definitely surprised to see the sediment in the bottle as I had made assumptions on this beer before I opened it. Anyhow, some toasted malts, citrus, and very noticeable Fino notes. I was expecting either a heavy handed sherry profile or none at all, but this comes in actually rather balanced. The finish has a light crispness and some more sherry influence. Medium bodied. This is probably a one and done for me, but I’m impressed with it.

Karmelowe, palone, żywiczne, daje delikatnie starymi rurami. Barwa ciemnozłota, opalizujące, piana redukuje się do niskiej, brak lacingu. Goryczka zaznaczona, palona. Toporna APA, ciężka, dla fanów oldschoolowej miernoty.

Backlog. A decent IPA of second freshness. Citrus, honey, pine & resin, tropical hints. Medium dry, medium bitterness. Medium-bodied, appropriate carbonation. Overall: OK.
