On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!

355ml bottle, drank on 15th Dec 2019 while in California. Clear and clean amber body, plenty of carbonation bubbles rising through but no head what so ever. Sweet pumpkin aroma and taste. I am no expert on Pumpkin ales, but this is by far the worst I have come across; just awful. Too sweet even for my sweet tooth.

355ml bottle; BB 21st Jan 2020. Drank at my Son-in-Laws house in California on 9th Dec 2019. Clean and clear amber body, off-white crown of foam. Malty and semi-sweet throughout, nose is all about malty molasses too. Had worse O'Fest beers brewed in Germany.

From a bottle at the Dec 7 RB gathering. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas of toffee. Flavors are moderately sweet fruit cake.

Bottle. Blackish beer with a big dark tan head. Caramel and light toffee aroma with light yeast and light dark fruit. Caramel and banana flavor with yeast and light spice. Medium bodied. Caramel and banana linger with dark fruit, yeast, and light spice.

Bottle. Amber beer with a dark cream head. Pumpkin pie spice and light vegetal aroma. Nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice flavor with caramel. Medium bodied. Pumpkin pie spice and caramel linger with light vegetal notes.

Pours black into a tulip. Full glass of tan foam fills the glass and slowly recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Crisp with dark pit fruit aromas. Black licorice and alcohol soaked pit fruit upfront turning to sweet raisin bread in the lasting finish.

Bottle from Trader Joe's Bedford. Pours a brilliantly clear deep auburn color with a tightly bubbled off white head that dissipates quickly. Spicy aroma more of a winter warmer than dopplebock. Fake caramel sweetness. Astringent bitterness.
