Can to tulip.
Appearance: orange cardboard haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hop rind sweet to bitter tones; papaya and lime hoppy scents; and some earthy to floral hop tones further down in the mix; malts seem so faint
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine citrusy to tropical fruit salad of sweet qualities; finishes juicy with a touch of dryness and some citrusy rind
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness with nothing distracting to the flow; nice low carb; good low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA I would return to.

Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet juicy to bittersweet juicy toned quality; finishes very apricot forward with grapefruit as a sidekick
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; very good smoothness with basically nothing distracting; nice low carb and good low hop bitterness assertiveness

Can to tulip. Consumed 01/18/2018.
Appearance: dark amber to almost dark mahogany color with a muted transparency about it and a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: big piney sweet to bitter hop tones with a sweet lemony hop tone underneath then some clean caramel/toffee malts underneath that
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas in a bitter to bittersweet sort of blend adding in an expected bitterness of grapefruit rind; finishes slightly dry with a bitter hop aspect
Texture: medium bodied, slightly sessionable; some smoothness but also a bit of dryness gripping the tongue; good carb and yes to the hop bitterness assertiveness but it's right where it should be
Overall: I say it works as an old school IPA that's cleaned up. I'd welcome this again.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a quarter finger of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grapefruity to piney to apricot hoppy toned with a light clean malt base
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet clean quality; finishes semi-dry with a touch of citrusy pop of zest and some apricot hoppiness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with a touch of hop bitterness but honestly, it's not much and I almost think I didn't even need to mention it because it is so faint
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA I would return to.

On tap at the Hinesburgh Public House on 09/26/2022.
Appearance: burnt yellow to almost orange color with a bar pour's kind of slim white foamy head which once dissipated didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet lemony to peachy hop tones up front then a light white grapey to cherry sweetness with a mild woody sweetness; light clean malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet sort of juiciness; finishes juicy and semi-dry with some woody tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, semi-sessionable; good smoothness with mostly nothing distracting to the flow; nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done NEIPA that seems a bit different than what I'm used to having. I'd return to this if I could.

Overall: a very nicely done NEDIPA I would come back to.
