Clear dark brown to black beer, dense creamy beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, grains, soft roast, some chocolate notes, caramel touch. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: mocha, caramel, coffee, alcohol, pretty bitter roast, sweet as well, bit fruity, lots of dark chocolate, cocoa powder. Aftertaste: nice roast, bitter and hoppy, sweet malty touch, quite some alcohol, bit malty, more roast, some soy sauce, coffee, roasted finish, lovely!

Tap at Beer&Food Attraction 2020, in Rimini, Italy. Pours orange-juice colour, with almost no foam. Aroma is delicate, of sour fruits. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is moderately sour, with little sweetness. Final is average.
