Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, dry hops, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, dry, pale malt, sweet malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 400 ml. draft @ Kaapse Maria. Black, big thick mocha head. Nose is thin sour coffee grounds, chocolate & splash of soy sauce. Taste is thin chocolate, soy sauce, thin grainy, chocolate, feels less than 13,1 % ABV, less sour than in the smell but still feels off and the adjuncts seem lost. Thin grainy coffee. Felt off.
