Can. Pours slightly hazy orange. Coffee, orange, slightly sharp lemon, vanilla, strong cheap coffee finish. Medium body. I don’t know why I keep buying these stupid Decadent IPAs, though I guess the slight hint of infection is a nice change from the usual faults.

This is good. Tart and sweet flavors, possibly sweetened, and there is guava. Hazy appearance.

Can. Brewer calls this a dipa. Ratebeer calls it a Flavoured fruit? Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Thin malts but sweet and with well integrated vanilla. Dominant crisp piney hops. Light orangey citrus goes reasonably well with the slightly candy vanIlla blueberry. Crisp finish. Better than expected. Obviously a dipa but decently pastry on top.

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin but pleasing raspberry jam and mild raspberry candy, a little pippy bitterness blends well with the mild citric bitterness and some piney hop. The cinnamon is obvious at first but then fades in the background. The maple is not that obvious at all. Finishes light and bestows some raspberry sherbet burbs. Better than I was expecting but I still feel like I want to reign these brewers in a little.

Can (2/26/20) pour from Worldwide Wine & Spirits. Appearance is opaque black with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, finger-width crackling light brown foamy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is, pardon the expression, decadent mix of roasted malt, coffee, lactose and chocolate. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, moderately thick texture with soft carbonation and finish as taste with lasting roasted bitterness. Overall, pretty much as advertised with a little surprise with the roasty coffee quality but well executed. Perhaps a tad light in the body.

Can at BD Castlegate share. It pours cloudy orangey with minimal head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, brioche, buttered toast, candy, berry skin, blackberry, berry yoghurt, candy, sugary, warming spice, sponge cake and perfumed vibes. The taste is slick, sweet, sugary, thick, oily, cinnamon, berry skin, brioche, Victoria sponge, cakey, heavy booze and earth with a dry, sugary sponge finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Novel, but also quite sweet and intense.

Molasses, smoke, baker's chocolate, rum nose. Black viscous pour, thin brown head. Fudge, cinnamon, molasses, licorice. Full body, easy carbonation. Lots of additives, but damn it's good.
