Description
Nestled in the heart of Newcastle in an old victorian railway arch, Errant is a hidden gem in Newcastle's industrial playground. Tucked in amongst mechanics and fitness studios it's a hardworking brewhouse. Under the near-constant hammering of the trains above Tom and Martyn are working to bring their pride and joy beers to Newcastle's pubs.

Cask at the White Horse, Hedgeley at 4.6% ABV. Looks like a pint of dishwater with a loose white head; but with a surprising aroma of peach and tropical fruit; the taste is sharp and fruity, with some lime juice and a chalky body; then there is a lingering citrus and peach finish. A clean and refreshing pint, despite the appearance.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy amber with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of fruit and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and fruit and estery touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Decent.
