Established in 2016
We work to the following four values which determine the beers we brew, our responsibility to our local community and to the local environment.
- Transparency
- Curiosity
- Community
- Creativity
With environmental sustainability at our core, we pride ourselves on using local suppliers where possible for our raw materials. All our base malts are grown on the island of Ireland. Unfortunately we don't have the climate to grow hops in Belfast, but we contract the freshest hops from around the world to ensure our hoppy beers are as flavourful as possible.
We naturally carbonate our beers using the CO2 produced during fermentation and have eliminated tank to tank transfers, further reducing our environmental impact.

440ml can. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity, minimally grassy and citrusy, hoppy aroma, minimally spicy, pale malty background, notes of melon, some lychee, whiffs of strawberry. Taste is moderately bitter, (tropical) fruity and slightly grassy, minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, minimally spicy, pale and wheaty malty basis, notes of melon, lychee, some mango, orange peel; lingering, fruity and bitter finish.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy and cloying, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rich and intense, good balance of sweet- and bitterness on a high level, dangerously drinkable - pretty good.
